DOSSIA should provide a standards based secure mechanism such as PDF in Healthcare to all primary care providers in the healthcare ecosystem. This could be provided free of charge or on a small fee for unit basis to the primary care providers. It must START at the level of the primary care provider. Why not develop a simple structured XML generater that uses PDF in Healthcare standards and provide that free of charge to all providers who will feed DOSSIA with data?

There are many, many erroneous records in my account, but I'm told I cannot correct or delete them - only "suppress" them (whatever that means). Since Dossia claims to put me in charge of my medical records, I should be able to flag erroneous items, have them removed - and have them be checked by someone who can contact the erroneous data provider.

If the information in my records is wrong, that can be more dangerous than being absent. At least I can usually tell someone needing the information what they need to hear.
